DELIVERY TIME AND PAYMENT OF SHIPPING TAXES IN DENMARK
We work with Shipmondo and offer delivery to home addresses or parcel shops.
We process your order and pack goods within 24 hours. You will receive your goods within 1-2 working days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse to the time you receive the package at your delivery address.
We offer free delivery and return in Denmark for purchases over DKK 459 otherwise for purchases under DKK 459 the shipping fee is DKK 59 for parcel shops.
Shipmondo uses GLS, Postnord and DAO. You will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your order and order with the possibility of tracking your order.
DELIVERY METHODS
You can choose free delivery for collection at the nearest parcel shop or delivery to your home address.
All free deliveries are exclusively to a parcel shop as "standard delivery". For delivery to your home address in Denmark, home delivery, the shipping fee is DKK 79 ex. VAT.
DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN EU COUNTRIES
We work with Shipmondo and offer delivery to home addresses or parcel shops.
We process and pack your order within 24 hours. Delivery time takes from 1-3 working days in most countries within the EU, this applies from the time the order is dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark to the time you receive the package at your delivery address. But it can take longer from 4-7 working days, it depends on the country's geographical distance from our home address in Denmark.
Payment of freight charges within EU countries will cost from €11 EUR to €18 EUR for parcel shops.
The shipping fee for home delivery within EU countries will cost from €13.5 EUR to €24 EUR.
The shipping fee to our neighboring countries Germany and Sweden will cost €11 EUR for parcel shops.
By home delivery to Germany and Sweden, the shipping fee will cost €13.5 EUR.

You pay Danish VAT charges of 25% (VAT) if you shop within EU countries.
DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING CHARGES OUTSIDE THE EU
We process your order and pack goods within 24 hours. Delivery time outside the EU can take from 2-3 working days and up to 27 working days depending on your home address where you place your order and this applies from the time the order is dispatched from our warehouse to the time you receive the package at your delivery address.
In most countries outside the EU, shipping charges can cost from €28 EUR to €44 EUR for home delivery.
We deliver goods to Greenland and it can take up to 27 business days, from the time the order is dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark to the time you receive the package at your delivery address. Delivery time to the Faroe Islands and Iceland can take from 2 -10 working days, after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark to the time you receive the package at your delivery address.
Delivery time to the USA and Canada and Mexico can take from 4–7 working days, but it can take up to 27 working days, this depends on your home address and after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark to the time you receive the package at your delivery address.
Delivery time to Great Britain and Norway is approx. 2-10 working days, from the time the order is dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark to the time you receive the package at your delivery address.
Please be aware that customers outside EU countries may be charged customs duties when goods arrive in your country. The charges are dependent on the customer's country's import policy and weight of goods.

For countries outside the EU, we will not charge additional taxes (VAT) on your basket.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment cards directly at the checkout at:
VISA card, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay and fast payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We do not charge credit card fees . The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
Payment of taxes on the webshop takes place directly at the checkout when you have chosen the payment method. Amounts for taxes must be paid in Danish kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR) or American Dollars (USD). In Denmark, we accept Dankort.
If you use a VISA card, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay with foreign currency, currency will be exchanged automatically at the till and with the help of the Bank's system. You will pay associated taxes at your own exchange rate, this happens automatically. No additional credit card fees will be required. The bank transaction is encrypted by the Bank for secure payment.

www.ermidio.com is a multilingual webshop where you can read the products' information in several languages. The primary language of the website is Danish.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer you have 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline implies that you have 14 days from receipt of the item to notify us that you will regret your purchase.
You must send us an e-mail to info@ermidio.dk and use the document The standard cancellation form that was sent to you with the package. A link will be sent to you with Ermidios online Return port l on e-mail, which you must fill in to go through the process.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
CANCELLATION OF A PART OF THE PURCHASE
If you have bought several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
RETURN
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us and we pay the return shipping , if you have used our Return Portal and only if you have purchased goods for over DKK 459 (This only applies in Denmark).
If you do not use our Returportal , then you yourself are responsible for the return freight.
But in all cases, you are responsible for the goods if damage occurs during transport.
Certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to: jewellery.
The costs for returning these goods are expected to cost a maximum of: DKK 85 in Denmark.
THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN YOU SEND YOUR RETURN
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

COMPLAINT
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. When you shop at www.ermidio.com or www.ermidio.dk you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
We always check the goods before we send them to you.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the deficiency or fault has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or damage that you have caused yourself.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

To be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110. and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.

Force Majeure
If an extraordinary situation arises which is beyond our control, or where the obligation is due to unforeseen or external events which must be regarded as force majeure, our obligations will be suspended. The time frame for the suspension will be as long as the emergency situation lasts. Examples that may be covered by force majeure are natural disasters, fire, war, currency restrictions, riots, pandemics.
